To Whom it may concern;We have taken the time to investigate this matter. It seems that there was a lack of communication from our employee, Ty B [redacted] , and other parties involved in this transaction. We take pride in providing the best customer service possible and are very... disappointed that we were unable help sooner and to avoid this complaint. Our Management will be meeting with Mr. B [redacted] to discuss this matter and take appropriate actions to correct the lack of service that he provided during the time that he worked with [redacted] ***However, upon investigation we were able to confirm that the FHA case number was released on November 15th. Mr. B [redacted] did request that it be released when [redacted] decided to work with another mortgage provider. There are email chains between everyone involved. [redacted] *** (the complaintant) was included as well.Today 11/23/2016, we took the time to call [redacted] *** and extend our most sincere apologies. We had a very nice conversation and was told by [redacted] *** that he has all that he needs from us and was glad that we did reach out to him. We also spoke to the new mortgage provider, [redacted] He too confirmed that he has everything that he needs and was able to proceed with his transaction.We consider this complaint to be resolved at this point.
