Absolutely no attempts were made to schedule the service, as attested by Tom, with Airtron Services were paid for and no service was rendered, resulting in a failure of the equipment that was supposed to be serviced Replacement of the equipment is more than reasonable, and a refund of the money paid for the unrendered services is the least the company can do.

date. Mr. Grimm scheduled a service call for 5-12-2015 and was informed there would be a minimum service charge of $89. Airtron completed service on 5-12-2015 and collected $89.95 via Credit Card. The Grimms then disputed the charges for services rendered with the CC company. Airtron agrees to suspend any further billing for services rendered on 5-12-2015.

We are disappointed that this customer did not receive the service that they paid for. Airtron had made several attempt to schedule service. Please review call log history attached. We attempted to schedule service on the following dates with the homeowner. 3-27-2015, 7-15-2015, 3-1-2016, and...

3-10-2016. The service purchased did not cover replacing equipment.
