Regarding Ms*** allegations; Our office made several unsuccessful attempts to contact Ms*** regarding the storage of her rug. Our first attempt was on 05/20/17. At which time, we left a message; and mailed a storage agreement to the address provided by the
customer. We again, without success, attempted to speak with Ms*** on 06/21/17. Unable to contact her, we left a detailed message outlining Hadeed-Mercer’s day courtesy storage policy. She was informed that her courtesy storage would expire on 06/22/17. We were finally successful in our efforts to contact Ms*** on 07/06/17. At which time, she indicated that she indeed needed to pursue storage. We removed the late charge, $*** per square foot, incurred on 06/23/17, following our failed efforts to secure a storage agreement; and replaced it with a storage charge, .** cents per square foot. Additionally, we verified Ms***’s mailing address and mailed another storage agreement. The customer requested months of secure storage and agreed to send the required storage agreement. The storage agreement was never received by our office; and the months of prepaid storage expired on 08/22/17. Consequently, a late fee was incurred on 08/23/ Respectfully, Hadeed Mercer Mgmt Team

Revdex.com spoke with a representative who stated that he understands this has been a lengthy process, but to ensure definitively that the rug is indeed lost they are doing a final year end inventory. He stated that if the rug is not found in this final inventory, they would reimburse the customer for the...
value of the rug. He stated that the inventory is set to be finished and a decision rendered on January 19, 2015, and that at that time they will either make arrangements to return the rug if it is found, otherwise they will reach out to the customer directly to determine the value of the rug to reimburse.
