Revdex.com spoke with a representative who stated that he understands this has been a lengthy process, but to ensure definitively that the rug is indeed lost they are doing a final year end inventoryHe stated that if the rug is not found in this final inventory, they would reimburse the customer for the value of the rugHe stated that the inventory is set to be finished and a decision rendered on January 19, 2015, and that at that time they will either make arrangements to return the rug if it is found, otherwise they will reach out to the customer directly to determine the value of the rug to reimburse
