On 2/12/20 I paid $700 for ad space. They took my money and have not created an ad and have not returned messages.
2/12/20 - purchased $700 worth of ad space from Paige Kroll at Access Life Magazine.
3/2/20- I finally received an email from ***@accesslifemag.com stating they would be back with me once they started to work on it.
3/11/20- They sent me a mock up but it was cut and paste from my website. I requested some edits and never heard back again.
I have now left several voicemails, emails come back, and recently their website no longer has a domain name.
They had given me a personal cell number for a *** who was supposedly my assigned graphic artist. I called the number and after saying who I was, she hung up and blocked me. XXX-XXX-XXXX
I want my $700 returned.
I contracted with Access Life Magazine and paid $800 via PayPal to place an ad in their quarterly print magazine. I reviewed and okayed the ad their graphics department designed for my photography business in March 2020. They assured me the magazine was going to print that month and I would receive a copy of the printed magazine.
As of today, May 4, 2020, I have not received a copy of the Access Life Magazine as promised nor is the most current magazine cover displayed online. I have tried emailing and calling the sales rep *** asking about my ad appearing in the company's magazine but have not received a response as of today. I tried calling my contact *** at the graphics dept. phone number and received a recording stating that the company is closed and to call the sales rep regarding the account.
As of today, I have not received services for which I have paid in full for.

Refund At this time, I would like to have a complete 100% refund of the fees I have paid. The magazine is obviously not in print, therefore not reaching the customer base I was counting on reaching this time of year. The amount to be refunded is $800.00.
