Access Limousine Service Inc.

Review: I hired Accesse-Limo to provide the transportation for my wedding guests between the hotel and the venue on 10/6/13 in downtown [redacted] I paid for 2-32 passenger shuttle buses for 6 hours of service (4:30-10:30pm) - cost $1,080. A deposit was paid on 8/31/13 and the balance was paid on 10/4/13.

One of the shuttle buses sent for our event had "big transmission issues" (per the driver) and it was literally going about 5-10mph. The driver was aware of this when he departed the company's lot yet he did not switch buses. And in the "wait" time he could've gone back and got a new bus. My guests were upset. I was even more upset because I was on that shuttle bus going back to my hotel after the reception. I could've walked faster than the bus was moving.

After I got back from my honeymoon I immediately contact Access-Limo via email to voice my concerns about the services received on my wedding day. I heard nothing. Some time later I wrote another email. Again, I heard nothing. I called them and left a voicemail and got no return call. Finally, about a month ago I called and spoke to a manager there by the name of Anna. She said she would speak to her manager and get back to me in two days. I did not hear back so I called and reached her and she said I would hear from her by the end of the day. I didn't hear from her so I wrote an email to Access-Limo indicating that I had been patient enough and had given them enough time to resolve this but they failed to do so. I told them I was filing a complaint/dispute with my credit card regarding the $1,080 charge as well as filing a complaint with the Revdex.com.

I filed a dispute today, 3/25/13, with my credit card company and am filing the complaint with you.

I gave Access plenty of opportunities to deal with this situation amicably yet they have failed to respond or fix the problem.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of half the costs of the services - $540.
