I used e loan and was contacted by [redacted] ***, I was told that I qualifed for a loanI submitted my paperwork, everything was good, he sent disclosures, and written documentation of my numbers and ratesHe did change and added points without my knowledge and I discovered this, I spoke to him and he said he would credit back to me at settlementI paid for apprasial, apprasial came back higher then expected, and was given a verbal approval from bank via my agentA few days before settlement, I was told that there would be no settlement because of incomeLater I was told that my income was in putted by underwriter twice and the bank thought I made twice my income, "Sorry it was our mistake you really don't qualify for this loan,good luck to you, when you make more money give us a call"I don't understand you told me I made enough a month ago, I was approved you told me, now days before settlement I don't make enough? " silencesorry.....I will get back to you...." it's been weeks and I'm still waiting, I was told not to pay my mortgage in Dec, I ended up paying it late Dec ( I paid late fee) and I paid for apprasialI was also told not to use any credit cards, so I purchased my christmas presents in cashI am very fustrated and disillusioned with this refinance processI am not new to lending and this is the worstI have done everything asked of me quickly and effeciently,I did not misrepresent myself or my information and have been lied toterrible service
