Review: I opened my store in 2006 at [redacted]. The store was closed after 1 year due to poor performance. I received an ATM Machine from Access One [redacted] and cell ###-###-####. The representative who I dealt with was [redacted]. There is also another company involved who I am making the payments to A-1 Leasing LLC 2007 [redacted] Tel: ###-###-#### or ###-###-####. As a senior citizen, the contract was not explained to me properly. When I signed it the paper was folded and I had no knowledge of the full details. I only had the ATM Machine for 4 months and had to return it since business was slow. Access One arranged to transfer the ATM machine to someone else but this was not done. Since that time, I have been paying for the ATM monthly. However, I decided to stop making payments this year October, 2013. I have recently received threatening notices of collection action requesting payments but I have refused to make additional payments because I do not have the ATM machine anymore. Please advise since I am unable to make further payments.Desired Settlement: If they can refund me all the money I paid $30 a month since I returned the ATM Machine that would be great. Or if they can stop requesting additional payments. Thank you in advance. [redacted].

We have a complaint directed towards our company, Access One ATM, but the complaint should be towards [redacted] because the customer is complaining about the leasing company that they had signed up with, not our company. How do we direct this complaint towards the correct company and not have this complaint on our company.

As discussed, I have been making payments to the company since the ATM was removed in 2007 and stopped paying in October 2013. At this time, I have not been contacted by Access One ATM, Inc regarding complaint ID [redacted]. Please advise how I can be compensated for the extra money paid after the ATM was removed from the business - proof of payments was attached in my previous email.
