written estimate. Upon completion of the work by my two men, the first invoice was $429. She voiced an objection and I dropped the cost to $400. She paid the $400 and signed off on the ticket at that time. She loved the work. However, she called the office and was still not happy with the price. So, we sent her a check for $100 and the final charge was then $300. It is important for us to keep our customers satisfied and to be return of business customers. I believe the matter at this time is settled to her satisfaction.
