Review: I leased a home from this company in July of 2015. When I initially applied, the company states that they work with ALL credit types. With that being said, I had recently paid off a judgment amount against me. The item was set to fall off my credit soon. When I was contacted the manager stated that they would except me if I paid double my deposit. I did not feel that was fair. I paid 1390 anyway and moved in. When I moved in the house was not clean. Also there was a horrible rodent infestation that I had to pay out of pocket for. On top of the rodents, the air conditioner didn't work in the bedroom, nor was there adequate cooling for the front of the house. My stove acts like it's going to explode every time we use it. The shower knob was installed improperly, so we could not adjust the temperature to the shower. The front door is rotting and falling off the hinges. When the repair man came, he looked at what needed to be done, told me he would be back soon, and never returned. I have sent several emails regarding the condition of the house to no avail. When the rain season started, I found the roof was leaking very bad. To the point where it was coming out of a light fixture causing an electrical shortage in the bathroom. It is also leaking horribly in my daughters room. A so called roofer came out and supposedly sealed the roof. The roof is leaking still, and its getting worse. I emailed the property manager [redacted] in regards to all of these things. Instead of fixing the problem, I was presented with a 30 day notice. I have pictures, videos and email of all communications, and the company still will not take care of anything. My next step is to contact code enforcement so this won't happen to someone else.Desired Settlement: I would like my deposit and all monies returned to me, as I had to come out of my pocket several times because this company refuses to conduct business properly. I am not the first person this has happened to.
