I called Everdry Waterproofing 28 years ago when I bought my home here in Ft. Wayne because it was a 1920's home with a small/regular sized brick foundation/basement. There were some signs of the clay soil around my home starting to deteriorate the bricks from the moisture. Everdry Waterproofing was able to come in and trench around the parameter of my home and add a sump pump system inside and I have no issues since. In 2001, a torrential rainfall caused the sewers to back up the rainwater on my block into the houses basements, we had 18 inches of rain water. Our sump pump continually ran and got the water out of our basement in 6 hours time so that our appliances dried out and didn't need to be replace. And the pump continues to work with heavy rainfall still. Best investment I've mad for my home.
