Poor customer Service I recently was contacted by this company concerning an outstanding balance I had form a college I'm attendingI was very cordial with them as I know that collectors have a hard time collecting previous debts that are owedI vowed not to give them a hard time and to work with them as they were doing for meSo the problem I have is that I agreed with them on a payment plan of every two weeks which I fulfilled religiouslyToday I checked my credit bureau as I'm in the process of buying a house and I found out that they placed a collections/ late mark on my creditI was never told this would happenIf I knew this would happen I would have paid them off soonerI know this review may fall on deaf ear but service need to be betterPLEASE INFORM YOUR CUSTOMER OF WHAT MAY HAPPEN IF THEY DON'T PAY UPFRONT

So the problem I have is that I agreed with them on a payment plan of every two weeks which I fulfilled religiously. Today I checked my credit bureau as I'm in the process of buying a house and I found out that they placed a collections/ late mark on my credit. I was never told this would happen. If I knew this would happen I would have paid them off sooner. I know this review may fall on deaf ear but service need to be better. PLEASE INFORM YOUR CUSTOMER OF WHAT MAY HAPPEN IF THEY DON'T PAY UPFRONT.
