It is standard in the RV rental industry to identify those items that are eligible for creditTightening a drain line that vibrates while traveling, a step ladder and shower curtain would easily have been reimbursed with receiptsWe have offered a $courtesy credit for these things and a $credit towards a future trip with any of our nationwide locations for a $total value because there is no basis in the contract or the RV rental industry for a $credit for these things

Complaint: [redacted] I have and continue to try and prove this in anyway possible.I suggested having a qualified RV tech inspect itThey repairs are obviously over six months oldThey refuse to handle this in a professional manner and owner Scott and Kevin J [redacted] have screamed, lied and refused to call meThey have been nothing but unprofessional and refuse all calls for monthsGranted employee is no longer there, which I understandI want to resolve this in a mature manner , but Scott and Kevin J [redacted] will not allow it I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Is it possible to conduct a third party arbitration remote? I was recently just released from the hospital and unable to travel to Utah By the way, when I called Access RV from the road no one ever suggested that find a hardware store and purchase a ladder Sincerely, [redacted]

Please provide your evidence the RV has been in an accident and repaired before you purchased itYour photos were taken months after you purchased and took position of the camperWe have offered you resolution that you refusedTo date all you have done is call us namesThat does not provide evidence of your claim the camper was wrecked and repaired before you purchased it

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:We did inspect the RV before departureThe manager (Teri) asked us to walk around and mark down any damages on a form that she provided (page of the attached rental agreement)Teri was with us during our walk-around and did not
suggest that we needed to check the awning, the generator, the appliances, etcWe inspected it as you would normally inspect a rental car marking dents, scratches, etcAt some point AFTER we signed page Teri checked off the detailed items (including the awning) on page and placed her signature at the endI did not sign thatAs mentioned in earlier reports to the company, everything was done in a very hurried manner that dayAn employee had not shown up for work that day and Teri was short staffedTherefore she said that she had to do everything herselfIn fact, we waited quite a while for anyone to show up because Teri was out at the gas station getting gas put in the RVsWe were told by the manager of the Utah office (Spencer) that there were time-stamped and dated photos showing that the awning was not damaged prior to our pickupWe have asked for copies of these photos but have not been able to get themThe many reports of vehicle rental agencies falsely claiming damage and then PurCo adding fees to the claims show that this has become a scam designed to take advantage of consumers
Sincerely,

evidence of your claim the camper was wrecked and repaired before you purchased it.

The determination of Ms. [redacted] being the responsible party for the damage is not based on their check out alone. It is also based on the fact that the RV was inspected as a part of the preparation for this trip as well as inspected when the RV returned from each proceeding trip, as well as inspected by each proceeding customer. It also is impossible for the awning to have that deep of a cut in the exterior of the awning fabric to go unnoticed until the last day of their trip. The wind from any driving of the RV would have caused the awning to spread the awuning and manifest the damage the first day, which it didn't until the last day.

It is standard in the RV rental industry to identify those items that are eligible for credit. Tightening a drain line that vibrates while traveling, a step ladder and shower curtain would easily have been reimbursed with receipts. We have offered a $300 courtesy credit for these things and a $300 credit towards a future trip with any of our nationwide locations for a $600 total value because there is no basis in the contract or the RV rental industry for a $1000 credit for these things.

Each RV goes through a 2.5 hour inspection process to insure all systems (water, HVAC, refrigerator, generator, sewer, etc.) are working properly. We take as long as you need to be comfortable with the RV. All RVs come with a User Manual with detailed instructions. We also have online videos on use...

and troubleshooting. Many of the maintenance items reported are only discovered when a customer reports them to us, such as USB plugs or curtains not working. When a problem occurs during a rental, we do all we can to remedy the problem and can authorize expenses for the customer to correct or minimize the problem. These are reimbursed when receipts are provided. We did authorize this rental for additional reimbursements for problems reported. To date no receipts have been provided for reimbursements. We did offer a courtesy credit even without receipts to satisfy Mr. & Mrs [redacted]. We also offered a $300 credit towards another rental at any of our Nationwide RV Rental affiliates. We apologize our courtesy credit was not satisfactory. Without receipts we are unable to offer any more.
