I have been a happy, satisfied customer of Access Technology since the mid-1990s, when they were still known as *** *** I had diinternet access with them, through 2010, because DSL still isn't available at my addressDuring my years of diservice, I had to call only about half a dozen times To this day, a quick, local phone call gets me a live technician Only once was their man not able to solve my problem over the phone And that time, he was able to completely diagnose my problem (Email stopped working.), and his prescription (an overdue upgrade from Windows to Windows 98) completely solved my problemIn 2010, I graduated from ***, in my early 50s, and no longer had access most days to their high-speed wireless internet Access Technology set me up with their high-speed internet service partner, *** *** was only down about hours at a time, about times (always from a thunderstorm), in the years before they were bought and their physical network was taken for more cell phone serviceI am still with Access Technology, as the host for my business web site I have had no problems with them I am only sorry that I haven't posted this about them before, years ago
