Review: [redacted] of this company agreed to help facilitate the US citizenship application for my mother. He agreed to complete the application, give us a list of documents to produce and delivery the documents as needed. Given that we did not have the time to do all this work ourselves, we agreed to the terms of $1000 for this work. However, since he took this money over one year ago, he has not done one thing and furthermore, is unavailable, not answering our calls. Two of the three numbers he left us are not out of service and despite numerous requests to either return the money or complete the citizenship application process, he has not done either. The dates provided are approximate dates of contacting [redacted] and in fact, we tried to reach out many more than three times.Desired Settlement: I would like to obtain the money we paid back as he is clearly not able to provide services to which he agreed and we gave him ample time.
