Approached to sell our Wyndham TimeshareStated they had a buyerWe have transfered them $ in February,with no response We sent a wire transfer from [redacted] to [redacted] for [redacted] for a title searchwe then sent them a wire transfer on 02-17-from [redacted] for $ this amount was for the State of Tenn Luxury Tax We were told the sale would go through we have made numerous calls to the company with no return calls We were told if for some reason the sale did not go through we would get our money back we would like our money returned Also they claimed to have A+ rating withe the Revdex.com and no unresolved complaints in months

This involves the sale of our timeshareBack in January, Access Vacations and Rental via an individual by the name of Andrew M [redacted] notified us that this company had a buyer for our timeshareAccess Vacations and Rentals provided us what appeared to be correct legal documents and we proceeded to act accordingEverything seemed to be okayWe submitted a total of $($and $1314.00)the $was described as title search fees that would be reimbursed, the $was described as some type of sales tax applicable to timeshare salesThose funds were submittedMr [redacted] informed us the next step would be that a closing date would be established and the sale would be finalizedWe requested proceeds of the sale be by certified check Product_Or_Service: Sale of timeshare

This is a scam and they have taken over $from me in wire transfers and have not provided any documentationPhone #'s/emails are no longer valid Wired money Jan 6th to sell a time share, then again on Feb 13th for closing costsHowever the Time Share company ( [redacted] ) has no record of the transactions taking placeThey are using a fake business address and the emails and phone calls I make do not work[redacted] are invalid along with the email addresses [redacted] and [redacted] are bad email addresses now

unable to make contact want my money back from them they told me they had a seller for my timeshare but have not heard from them help
they contacted me about someone who want to buy my timeshare but need up front money for the paperwork (1450.00) was told that the sale would close on may have sent emails and tried to call but no one would pick up or return emails I think this may be a ripoff scamall I want at this time is my money back have sent a complaint to the fbi on this mattercan you help?
