I have been in business for several yearsI have had no complaints to this point and have and A+ RATINGThis
complaint is a little overstated and deserves to be counteredFirst, this customer purchased a display tub at a deep discountI upgraded the faucets that were installed on this unit in order to provide a slightly higher quality product to the customerWe received a 65% down payment in full for the materials as any vendor or contractor would require to cover the cost of materialsThe install date was not scheduled due to existing projects and weather related delays from all of the rain this springThis particular project is over and hour from our current location and would be fit into our schedule once we had a full 3-days to commit to itOnce the install was completed it was revealed to us that the tub valve had a faulty diverter from standard faucet to hand held showerSo....we made sure that the tub was functional..only the hand held shower wasn't workingand we would return to install new internal parts of the valve when they arrive and when another job that is closer to them is scheduledI will admit it took longer than expected for another job in the area to be submitted, however, at no time did the customer inform us of their dissatisfaction with the service received or their intent to hire another contractor until after this complaint was filedAll work was agreed upon and completed to their satisfaction when we left except for the faucetI already have the partsDue to our perfect A+ RATING, the contractor the customer was hiring to complete our work called me to discuss the matter and I informed him that I already had the parts to do the repairI'm not sure its fair to expect that the full cost of the repair will be covered by usI will pay what it would have cost me to come and do the work with the free warranty parts that were shipped to me directly from MOENIf you would like to discuss this further please call me
