You agree that the minimum order policy for Basic and Spring cleaning is 1 hour 30 minutes for 2 maids crew  (equal to 3 man-hours). For Regular recurring appointments,  Studio Basic Special, Carpet Shampooing, Building Common Areas cleaning minimum is 1 hour 30 minutes for 2 person crew (equal to 3 man hours). For Move in/out cleaning minimum order is 2 hours 15 minutes/ 2 maids crew (equal to 4.5 man hours). Super Spring Cleaning minimum order is 2 maids/ 2 hours (equal to 4 man hours). Minimum for Post Renovation Cleaning is 3 hours for 2 maids or 2 hours for 3 person crew (equal to 6 man hours). 12. CancellationsA. Excellent company! Fully automated reservation system.
The maids are very polite and bring their own equipment.
They dust the shelves and clean the edges.
Highly recommended!

AccessMaids ruined my stereo amplifier when they cleaned my apartment and refused to pay for it.

When I returned home after the cleaning service, I noticed that my stereo equipment was unplugged, yet there was no note from the maids or message from AccessMaids as to what happened. I went to re-connect the equipment, and there was a burnt smell near the amplifier. After I re-connected the amplifier, a very high-pitched squeal came from the speakers. The amp was fried.

I contacted AccessMaids the next day, and they said they needed to check with the maids as to what happened, as the maids didn't report anything was wrong. The maids said that, after they cleaned the amplifier, they smelled smoke and disconnected the amplifier to prevent a fire. I questioned their honesty, as if that really happened, one would think that the maids would have left a note or have had their boss let me know right away that there was a fire hazard. Instead, they left it to me to discover the fire hazard for myself.

Their story was clearly made up. They damaged the amplifier and were hoping I wouldn't notice that anything was wrong until much later, so I wouldn't make the connection back to them.

In reporting this incident to AccessMaids, they told me that they would "pay 50% of the expenses to replace." However, after I told them how much it would cost to replace the amplifier, they suddenly refused payment.

Stay away from AccessMaid. They are very shady.
