Review: I called access media on December 31 when I came home from work and told them the error code that came up on my tv after trouble shooting with them they told me that they would have to send a technician out but it would be a week due to the holidays. I scheduled an appointment for the following Thursday between 1-5. At 1230 on the day of my scheduled service access media called and said they had to cancel my service call in definetly. When I asked why I did not get a response. I in turn asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they would have to call me back. When I spoke to the supervisor her only response was we aren't sending technicians to your property. I have called several times to get answers and have had no results.Desired Settlement: I would like my services to be fixed seeing as I'm still paying for service I can not use

Review: Have been dealing with no TV service for over 3 weeks. Upon first calling, I was told that AccessMedia would not send a technician until payment was received for a receiver that was delivered over 8 months ago (extortion business practice) of which we thought was paid for and AccessMedia never notified us of any balance due until this service problem arose. AccessMedia has been receiving monthly payments from the opal towers west condo association for TV service that I have not been receiving. Despite this, customer service has been horrendous!!!! No return calls from supervisors, when promised that they would be calling us back, this happened several times. My wife was placed on hold for 45 minutes by one of your service technicians!!!! She called from another phone and was promptly attended to, while still being on hold on the previous call.. A technician came out and supposedly solved the issue, but today, we still have no service!! On placing yet another call, we find out that your company does not have weekend service calls, so we have to be without service for another two days!! [redacted] what's another 2 days since I've already waited 3 weeks?????Desired Settlement: All we are asking for is that AccessMedia provides the service that a customer deserves. Their business practice of horrible service and extortion practices are unethical!!!
