returned and asked us to help and we did but unfortunately additional damages was found and took a lot more time then estimated and customer insist/agreed we continue to try to resolve and the end customer was unsatisfied. After some discussions about time spent to diagnose and part purchased for the device. Review: My phone was in perfect condition except that the glass on the screen has shattered but it worked perfectly fine. I took my cell phone to get it repaired and the technician told me to order a part and so I did. When I received the part, I took it to him to repair. It was a Saturday at noon and he told me to come back at 6 that same day. I called him at 6 to make sure the phone was ready and he told me he needed another 45 minutes. I called him back at 6:45 and he said he needed more time and would call me when the phone was ready. He then called me at about 9:00 saying that the phone was in pieces and there was nothing he could do. He told me I needed to buy another part and pay more in labor fees even though he had told me to order the wrong part. I said I couldn't afford to pay that much more money to fix it and that I would pick up the phone. The next day, I picked it up and it was literally several different pieces taped to paper. I then took it to another business and they put the phone back together but it was damaged and no longer worked.Desired Settlement: I paid $30 for the part and then $53 to have it repaired, but it wasn't repaired. In fact, it was damaged.
