Revdex.com Complaint ID: [redacted] ( [redacted] ) [redacted] had requested a rear window for his [redacted] on his [redacted] on 9/8/the window was ordered from [redacted] The window was put on a back order [redacted] did not have in stock nor did they know when they would be able to get the window We have contacted [redacted] about the order and they have not been able to get the window from the window manufacture We have contacted [redacted] to tell him at this time the window seems to be discontuiedWhen the order was placed the [redacted] was told it could take 4-weeks for the window to come in, they ship them on our regular delivery truck which we only see every 2-week depending on the amount of toppers we have orderedWhen the order was placed we did not take payment or deposit.I do not feel that Accessories Inc has done anything wrong in this situation we are not in control of what a Manufacture will send out if they don't have the window and can not ship it to us then how are we to blame I wish there was another way to get this window for [redacted] .I have spoken to [redacted] and explained this to himThanks,*** [redacted] ***
