Review: I chose the more expensive of two product choices, which the company confirmed. I recieved the less expensive (and clearly cheaply made) version. No return/exchange method was provided and a phone number for the company cannot be located. I have sent 3 email requests for exchange or refund with no response.Desired Settlement: Exchange for product ordered or full refund.

Review: On March *, 2014 I ordered 2 cell phone cases from Accessory Vision which were delivered on March **, 2014.

On March **, 2014 I advised the company via email that one of the items were defective. I received a prompt response with instructions for return.

On March **, 2014 the product was shipped back to the address provided to me. I have attempted to contact Accessory Vision multiple times regarding my return status. I'm unable to obtain a working phone numbers and my numerous emails have gone unanswered.Desired Settlement: The company should respond to emails and provide a new replacement case or immediately refund my credit card.

Review: On April **, 2014, I found a Twelve South Iphone 5 Book Book case on the Accessory Vision website. I wanted to replace the Twelve South Iphone 5 Book Book Case I currently own, so I ordered the case on their site because it was pictured and describes as an original Twelve South product. On ** April I received the phone case and it turned out to be a cheap very poor imitation that has no comparison to the original Twelve South Iphone case. The case was packaged with Twelve South Book Book logo material which obviously made it a fraud and the action of the company clearly being false advertising. I was upset and immediately sent an email to the company with pictures of what they advertised and what they sent. I accused them of false advertising and demanded a return authorization and a full refund to include shipping. I threatened a civil lawsuit and to report them to the Revdex.com, FTC. and the NY State Attorney's office, which I am doing. They did not replay. I sent two additional email to Accessory Vision and they have not replied. The order # is [redacted], and it was shipped from [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want the company to send me a return authorization for the junk they sent and I want them to send me the item they advertised (an original Twelve South Book Book Iphone 5 Case) fedex express at no additional charge.

Review: I purchased 2 Otterbox iphone covers. It turned out we returned iphones to [redacted], it was not a good match for us.

Since we no longer had the phones I returned the iphone covers to Accessory Vision. I have had not received

any correspondence from them period! Purchase was on April **, 2014, order number [redacted]. I returned them

on May *,2014. Still no answer from their website "contact us" or e-mail address.Desired Settlement: Communicate! I have responded on "contact us" and e-mail several times. No phone number available for this business. Refund of 48.87 to my credit card used for purchase.

Review: This company advertises genuine, original name-brand products and then tries to sucker people by 1) sending them a fake product and then 2) claiming there is a no refund policy. I ordered a Twelve South BookBook for my iPhone 5s and after about a week received a poor excuse for a knock off of the product. Furious I reach out to the company the only way I could find, through email, and was told that the refund policy was firm.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund immediately.
