I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
Regardless of the warranty, Backyard Amenities agreed to make the repairs on the deck and to the mortar/grout. The deck was repaired but not finished.; the grout and mortar were left undone. Mr. S[redacted] of Backyard Amenities stated in a recent email message to me that he will not do any further work.  Therefore, I believe that this complaint will not be resolved and should be closed.

Per the contract ....the decking the tile,coping,grout all comes with a one-year warranty the only thing that has a lifetime's warranty is the structure.  All of the equipment had a three-year warranty from the manufacture.    When we replacedthe deck from rising it was a...

courtesy to the homeowner.    The contract clearly states that deck cracks from settling and rising or not want to even for one year.    I will attach a a copy of the contract in the next correspondence if you don't have a copy.

It is still not a warranty item. The pool is almost 5 years old.
