We have been very, very pleased with Eric and Free Bee Pest Control. We had been battling a bed bug issues for almost a year when we contacted Eric. We had tried another supposed "exterminator" when we first realized we had a bug issue. He said that he would come back and do a second treatment, but when we tried to contact him to schedule the next service, he never called us back. We then tried to treat for the bugs on our own, using home remedies and store bought remedies. None of which worked. If anything, it allowed the problem to get worse. Things would get better for a little bit, and then they would get bad again. Then we brought our summer clothes down from the attic, only to reinfest our home because we had not realized we packed them away with our clothes. So then we contacted Eric at Free Bee Pest Control. He came out the same day that we called. He assessed our situation, and gave us a list of things to do to prepare our home for treatment. He made it very clear to us how important it was for us to follow these steps if we wished to get rid of our bug problem. He gave us his phone number and told us that we could contact him any time, day or night, with any questions that we might have. Once we had our home prepped and ready for Eric to come treat he came out within a day of our notifying him, and treated our home. He told us from the very beginning that we would need at least three treatments before we would be able to say that we had solved our problem. He did a very thorough job treating all the areas that he could, in our home, He answered all of our questions, and calmed any fears that we had. Before leaving he scheduled our next service for two weeks. During the two weeks between service, he called an texted several times to see how things were going. He told us what to watch for, and to make note of where we were still seeing bugs. Then when he returned for our next service, before getting started, he walked with me thru our home, and thoroughly looked for any new signs of the bugs. He located some areas, and made sure to treat those areas extra heavily. Once again, before leaving he scheduled our next treatment in two weeks. He remained in contact with us between treatments. And for the first time, thru this whole entire fiasco, we finally started to feel a little relief about the situation, and that we were finally winning the battle. When Eric came out for our third treatment. Once again he did an extremely thorough inspection of our home. Eric was bound and determined to find where these stupid bugs were hiding. Each visit he rooted out the new places the last few bugs were trying to hide. We had gone from a family living in misery, covered in bites that were itchier than a mosquito bite. We were miserable. We were embarrassed. We were afraid to go to other people's homes. We felt such a stigma from our situation. With Eric's help that was improving more and more. Eric didn't just do our three treatments and bail on us. He wanted our nightmare to end. He suggested that we continue with maintenance treatments for a couple months, up to a year. We have had one of those maintenance treatments so far, and will be having our second one very soon. Our lives have improved so greatly since Eric has started helping with situation. We have finally been able to start settling back in to our home, and feel comfortable having people in our home again. Eric's prices have been very reasonable, and he has been very willing to work with us. That meant a lot to us because we are a one income family. Eric has become more than just the guy who helped us get rid of our bed bug problem. He has become a friend. He is not out there to just take your money and run. He is dedicated and committed to helping you get rid of the problem once and for all. He is not looking to just make a quick buck off of you, and then leave you without solving the problem. He even helped me catch my feisty cat one time because she was being difficult about being put in her cat carry. He is helpful in every way. We are so thankful that we were given his name. We have recommended him to others, and we highly recommend him to help with any bug issue you may have. We had a pest problem in the middle of some other major life events. It was quite overwhelming. Eric came to our rescue. Not only did he return a call in a timely manner, he was very reassuring and calming. He worked with us, did not pressure us, and took care of our problem. He arrived when he said he would. We also greatly appreciated that he did not have signage on his vehicle(we have quite the nosey neighbors). It is so rare in this day and age to find someone who was honest, definitely knew what he was doing, and provided us with a wealth of information on treating our pests!! With it being my first time ever having to call for pest control, I was nervous on which business to choose. I am so glad I chose eric with free bee pest control. He came out the next day and helped us out. He also is a man of his word and honors his warranty.
