This company has failed to honor or acknowledge the signed contract and will not return my call

Accident Solutions has refused/failed to provide any evidence of marketing undertaken on my behalf
In January 2016, I entered into a contract with Accident Solutions for over $5,wherein it was supposed to undertake marketing efforts for my business I have not seen any such marketing take place I have repeatedly requested evidence that Accident Solutions has undertaken marketing efforts but to date no such documents have been provided
