Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Mr [redacted] claim there was no wind is that whole week there were times that the wind was in the to mph range based on NOAA weather dataMr [redacted] Regards, claim about not being able to see the spot are also the shingles are coming up on the side of the house not the back, and are clearly visable from the road he would [redacted] know that if he would of actually come and inspected the problem himself instead of making accusations of tamperingThe whole problem started because some shingles were not nailed down properly, how many more areas where done like that, again HE NEVER BOTHERED TO INSPECT THE PROBLEMThe man that saw the problem and brought it to my attention did not damage the roof only told there was an issue needed to be addressed by Mr [redacted] JUST NEEDS TO FIX PROBLEM
