This business was advertising at the O.C. Swap Meet. I called them in March and they were initially very responsible. I gave them a down payment on the work and was told the work would be completed in 6 to 8 weeks; that was in May. Here it is late August (16 weeks from order date) and they have still not installed it. It always seems to take multiple calls to get anyone to call back and there is always some excuse why it is not done yet.
