***, I am very sorry no one with our company has responded to you I asked [redacted] to call you and thought he had I should have followed up and didn't We roofed your home in May of Your labor warranty was for one year from the date of installation (Refer to #on the back of your contract) If you need a copy of the contract, I can send it to you The furnace pipe leaking down to the basement is not a roof leak...it is a leak in the furnace pipe He put tar on the pipe Keep in mind tar will crack over time and general maintenance on the pipe will have to be performed again in the future
Our criteria for reimbursement or for completing repairs at no charge were not met due to the expiration of the one year labor warranty

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I feel someone from the company should have contacted me sooner. Also why was I told they were going to come back the next day and fix itI'm mostly upset because I never heard from them and in the mean time my roof was still leaking I was lucky my plumber cared enough to call and check and also fix the problem for me even though it was the roof. This was not the first problem I had with them either

(Refer to #5 on the back of your contract). If you need a copy of the contract, I can send it to you. The furnace pipe leaking down to the basement is not a roof leak...it is a leak in the furnace pipe. He put tar on the pipe. Keep in mind tar will crack over time and general maintenance on the pipe will have to be performed again in the future.
