Thanks for taking my call this morningAs discussed, we are in receipt of your certified letter, complaint number dated May 2nd, In review of the "complaint", we view this "grievance" as baseless and without meritMoreover, the requested information regarding Mr [redacted] loss was supplied to him multiple timesFrom our contractual agreement, to a detailed accounting of payouts regarding Mr [redacted] claim have been provided to himDue to multiple death threats made by Mr [redacted] , this company has been forced to cease all communications with Mr [redacted] Additionally, we have had to have an Injunction against harassment (attached) initiated due to the volatile nature of Mr [redacted] Unfortunately, Mr [redacted] has elected to use the Revdex.com as a "shake down method" in hopes we will be held hostage by a possible bad "Revdex.com rating", and succumb to his erroneous demandsWith moral clarity, and exhaustive examination of the TRUE facts and replete record of the actions of our company, we feel justified in our decision to ignore this "complaint" and consider it closedWe will not address this matter again Respectfully, [redacted] - PRINCIPAL
