Review: On April *, 2013, I purchased a year's subscription to San Francisco Illustrated for $42.64. In June, I completed a change of address, and this was done. One issue was mailed and then nothing. I have contacted the company by phone several times but there is an answering machine only. The one time I spoke with an individual he indicated that the magazine had dropped the subscription and he would look into it and call me back. Never did.

Review: I placed an order for a subscription to The Gentlewoman this past December. I was supposed to receive my first issue by the end of March at the latest--it never came. I left several messages with someone (one of their phone numbers listed on their website doesn't even go to Acclaim) and no one ever called me back. They finally sent an email saying that the order was never placed with the publisher of The Gentlewoman. I still haven't heard back from them--it says on my account details on their website that the subscription was cancelled, but I'm still not sure whether I will get my money back since no one has ever returned my call.Desired Settlement: I want my money back or I want for them to give me the subscription for free and for me to actually receive the magazine.
