Ours had 20" diagonally laid tile throughout including fully tiled 7' and 8' showers, all with tile baseboard. Cost of the renovation less than five years prior was in excess of $12,000, yet no significant adjustment was made, resulting in our having to reduce sale price by $2,100. One would not have to be a certified appraiser to appreciate the value of our upgrades, yet Acclaimed did not.
