I have had this furniture less then a year! The chair has been broken for almost [redacted] months of itThe couch has become discolored They will never return my calls, I have called on the chair that will not raise or lowerthey came out placed temporary switch that still doesnt work and said when part come in they would replace itCouch in middle bottom cushion has become discoloredI purchased [redacted] months ago and make monthly payments I have paid nearly $ [redacted] of the $ [redacted] original pricecall [redacted] months ago and have called about each month after that with no call back except for the faulty switch they placed waiting on part to come inMy Son went in about [redacted] months ago to speak with manager they never called me backI got a number for the repair man who will not answer or call me back eitherYou can reach me at [redacted]

Purchased "***" recliner on *** and after taken home noticed strong odor which was irritating to respiratory system
On *** I purchased a recliner manufactured by *** From Fowler's Furniture in ***Invoice #*** for $***
After placing in home I detected strong odor being emitted from the chair which I thought was caused from fabric protector and that it would dissipate as they usually doHowever, the strength of odor didn't decline over the next week and I also noticed that it was irritating to sinuses and the respiratory systemFinally on *** I called the Store Manager and ask him about treatments at the store and by the factory and told him what we were experiencingHe said they were out of that type of chair but would get some in a week or so laterI went by the store two weeks later and he said he had sent message to the factory and they were going to send person to check the chairHe also gave me a number

No furniture, no return phone calls
I went in early *** to this location and purchased a futon and a living room suitI paid over half down and picked the futon up a few days laterI was told that it would take 6-weeks for the living room couch and loveseat to be madeI agreed to thisThe told me no payment would be due until I received my furnitureOn *** my husband called the location to find out when we would be receiving our furniture and he was told it would be delivered on *** and to come and sign the contractMy husband did soI did not receive a call until Pm on *** to tell me that the furniture would not be delivered because it was not on the shipmentI was not happy but the store manager promised it would be delivered the following ThursdayAgain until my husband called them were we told it would not be deliveredThe did bring us some loaner furniture and promised once again it would be delivered ***There has been no contact with usMy

Foot board mechanisim is bent and fowlers is not addressing thisjust keep putting us off
couch was purchased nov 25-saleman pushed us to haul it home ourselveswe didwhen we called back nov fourteen to report a problem with the footboard mech they wanted us to either bring it in or charge us *** dollars to come get itwe were not told if we hauled it home the pickup for warranty would be charged forso *** at fowlers said they would get a mech and I could install itthen it changed to they would pickup and repair at no charge after a a few heated emailsthat was in decnow it is feb and no repairs have been offered and our couch is still bent/broken

I have been took by this company Paid in full months ago, still no furniture Every excuse but still no furniture or refund

Our new recliner is broke, *** will not fix this issue, he claims he is always busyHave been calling over a month nowWe purchased a sectional and recliner in march of last year they told us we would get it in about weeks well about weeks later we finally got it and one of the legs was messed up thy said they would come back and fix it and never did now the back on the recliner is broke and I've called them for a month and the manager *** keeps giving me the same old line....I'll have the maintenance deptcontact you and set up a time to repair or replace itHaven't heard from anybody yet

ON *** ORDERED FURNITURE FROM A COMPANY HERE IN CHATTANOOGANEVER RECEIVED IT IN*** I CONTACTED THE STORE I PURCHASED FROM AND THEY GAVE ME THE CONTACT NUMBER TO FOWLERS IN KNOXVILLEI ORDERED SOFA & LOVESEAT BY *** COLOR BRONZEORDER DATE ***I LEFT A $*** DEPOSIT AND BALANCE OF *** SALES ORDER #***I CALLED AND SPOKE W/*** SHE SAID IT WAS SET TO BE DELIVERED IN ***SO FROM *** THRU *** I CALLED AND WAS TOLD NO ONE COULD HELP ME BUT *** BUT SHE WAS NEVER THERE THE STAFF WOULD LEAVE HER A MESSAGEI SPOKE WITH ***, *** SHE NEVER CALLED BACKI CALLED AGAIN ON *** SHE ANSWERED I TOLD HER I WANTED MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE THIS HAS TAKEN TOO LONG AND NO ONE WOULD RESPOND TO MY CALLS SHE SAYS I PROBABLY COULDN'T GET THE MONEY BACK BUT SHE WOULD "WORK SOMETHING OUT" I ADVISED I HAD ALREADY CONTACT *** SHE SAID I DIDN
