After a free introductory session, the client ( [redacted] ***) and I verbally agreed upon a rate ($770/month) to continue for the next six months, and she provided her Credit Card to run for the first month’s sessions. My business office sent her the contract and ran her credit card.... A week later she decided she no longer wanted to be coached and I canceled our 6 month agreement. Three weeks later, she requested a refund from me. I offered her the sessions to complete the month now or at any time in the future, but she declined. As you stated in your last email to us, the initial deposit of $is non-refundable It is possible, however, to transfer that deposit to another program within a year If you would like to consider taking our program at a later time I would be happy to discuss that with you I am also open to discussing the possibility of extending the deposit to next year
I am attaching the registration form that you signed stating the deposit is non-refundable as well as your email indicating your understanding that the deposit is non-refundable
