Review: Visited this Urology Institute and was consulted with [redacted] by paying co-pay... there after no procedure was done only a few shots of [redacted] for a few days and a few days of weight picking exercise was shown. My health insurance CIGNA covered and paid for each visit. The institute is still constantly harrassing me with mails and phone calls making up fake and false claims. Lately, they have even started calling my work number, while I am busy at work and harrassing me. They had stopped for a while .... when I said I will report them to Revdex.com.... but has again started harrassing me. Needless, to say my going there was also in vain since they could not help me medically in anyway.Desired Settlement: I would like them to stop harrassing me since my healh insurance paid for all my visits in full. I do not owe them anything. Please help me from this constant harrassment from this fraud institute.Thanks,[redacted]

[redacted] received services directly related to the condition he complained about. Hiss health insurance was billed for the services provided. Cigna communicated to us via Explanation of Benefits (EOB) that although the services are covered they are subject to patient responsibility in nearly entirety.
