been ordered and requested to start being installed in your building once they arrive. In addition, the entrance area of your building has been cleaned twice since this was brought to my attention. The first work order was issued on May 22nd and again on the 7th of June. As I mentioned in our discussion, I am doing everything that I can to eliminate the problem. I also explained that I am not able to paint until the issue has been controlled. I have spoken with the vendor who will be installing the [redacted] and they are working on getting them in and a date to get them installed. In the meantime there is a standing work order to have the entrance cleaned. [redacted] is doing all that they can do to eliminate the issue with the pigeons. Also this complaint should be addressed to [redacted] and not the management company. Thank you.
