Accord Travel

My husband and I purchase travel trip to Italy and air tickets, to unfortunate curcumstances I got sick and at doctor advise we could not make trip. I did called agent (her name Alla) and ask how to handle that since we did purchase travel insurance, she advise what I should fill in and then she will send her invoice to insurance . I did my part and email to insurance on 09/**/15 and on 09/**/15 received email from insurance agent stating that Accord travel do not send invoice to them. Called travel agent she talk to me very rude and told it will happened when its happened,please help me resolve this issue I have all documentations and emails from [redacted] insurance.
