I read the last message from NR Dental. It appears now they admit they are the same company as BayOne iss use solved. Also, I did sign the No Show Policy in 2013. This is in response to the complaint issued with your business in regard to the above-mentioned former patient. 1. We were unaware that the patient had any health problems and/or personal issues as stated. 2. As stated in the letter Mr. [redacted] states he missed appointments but "notified the...

He failed an appointment on 3/31/14; he failed 2 more appointments on 2/11/15 — two in the same day — one for a hygiene appointment and one for the doctor for some work to be done. 3. Mr. [redacted] signed a "No Show Policy" letter with us on 9/30/13 (copy attached).4. Mr. [redacted] received a letter dismissing him as a patient in accordance with the "No Show Policy" letter dated 2/11/15 (copy attached). If you have any further questions, please contact our office.
