My husband has recently passed away and I have been slowly going through his personal bills and suchOne of those bills I was unsure whether or not I'm responsible for was from HRRG
The number on the bill was not in service so I went on their website to look it up
Upon calling them, I was curtly given an answer and hung up onNot knowing still whether or not I needed to pay, I called them backI talked to another woman who told me to send a death certificate and before I could double-check where to send it to I was once again hurried off the line and hung up onThey didn't really answer my question and were quite very rude***

Just a moment ago, I had intended to go to their website to print out proof of being charged times the amount I rightfully owedProblem is, I always forget what "HRRG" stands for, so I often take to Google to find the website again
As I was typing "HRRG" into the search field, Google's third search suggestion was "hrrg scam"How very ironic
I paid my bill with them on time via their website on October 27th My bill was $not a problemIt became a problem when my bank called a few days later asking about suspicious activity on my accountThey noticed the triple charge before I didSo instead of being out $42.46, I was out $Excuse me?
In fairness to legitimate companies (HRRG appears to be on the borderline....), I am a computer guy and I understand when you click "Submit"NEVER click more than onceMore times than not, errors like these are due to user errorUnfortunately this is exactly why I've been livid with themI will not bail HRRG out: I made a conscious choice to click ONLY once when making my payment
Talked with my bank more and they wanted me to try to work it out with them firstI was reluctant considering they (my bank) said they would have a solution for me in hours timeI had a strong hunch that it would have taken HRRG longer, and I was rightI've been far too patient with them
Initially the first woman I spoke to on Nov 6th *** confirmed that she saw my account balance of -$(in other words, what THEY owe ME)When I requested for a refund, Neymie was representing HRRG when she informed me that it would take up to days to process the requestWell, whateverI decided to give them a chance
On December 9th, I still had not been issued a refund, so I called again on that same dayI couldn't understand the name that was given to me by the woman on the phone this time, so I don't have her nameHowever she WAS able to confirm proof that I had called before and spoke with NeymieI asked for my refund once again, and I was told it would take between 60-daysEXCUSE ME??
I was polite to the people I spoke with on the phone (assuring them it wasn't against them as individuals), but I didn't hide my frustration with the issueEven if I were to ignore that the time for my refund (money that never should have been theirs in the first place!) had just doubled/tripled in length, it's very alarming when two different employees are reporting two very different thingsAnd as the victim in this situation, it doesn't help when the second person tells me 60-daysHad the second person told me days instead, then I would have laughed at myself for waiting an extra 30-days for nothing
So now the clock has just ticked past midnight, and here we are on March 11th You don't need any advanced math courses to understand that I am well past my I mean, 60-daysAnd I am still waiting on my refundEven if it was BUSINESS days I would have received something by now
At this point I am taking it to my bank to resolveLike I've said, I've been far too patient with themI don't particularly care to call another one of their employees eitherAgain, they seemed like decent people but it is HRRG's duty to prioritize quality of service and making job training effectiveMy complaints are entirely with the company
Though, I do wonder sometimes what they do with an extra $floating around their officeWhy it takes more than even just weeks to issue a refund is beyond reason
