They put a metal roof on in Dec 2014.still leaks! They worked on my heating/ac unit.A/c don't work now

Accountability is also a construction company. We depend on reviews and because the Revdex.com had an A+ rating since 2013 that was a positive with us. We had them do a kitchen remodel. It began after Thanksgiving and ended about December 18, 2016. The bid price was $12,200.00 made on October 19, 2016. There was no final walk through with owner. After the counter tops were put in, the dishwasher was not put back correctly. We asked for it to be done, but had to hire an appliance guy to come and fix it. On Dec 21st I sent the owner a text needing to add other things to our fix list. There was no response. I have waited until 2/20/17 to give the company the opportunity to return. I did respond to the owner again to let him know we would put a negative review out. I documented complaints with pictures. Owner was told that while the overall look occurred, the attention to quality workmanship lacked in many ways. We told him we had to hire a cabinet company to rebuild cabinet doors as the paint job was so bad on the existing cabinets, and the installation of new hardware and install of the cabinets doors had gaps of various sizes. The agreement said company would provide the cabinet hardware, but we provided it. They also put a thin piece of board over the new microwave where they removed a cabinet. The agreement was to have a cabinet area fabricated to put into that spot. They just left it open on the top of the cabinet. Within a week the poorly constructed piece of thin board was caving in. They painted the walls in the kitchen, lvg. area and hallway, but the painter person did not paint the walls inside the windows. We painted window areas and did a lot of touch up painting ourselves. The LED lighting above and below the cabinets was on a wifi remote which will not work. Thankfully the electricity was hard wired also. However, a strand are already flickering. They also moved a light fixture from the kitchen to the garage, but it sometimes does not come on. We will hire an electrician to fix these problems. Some of the tile was not cut right and not level, and was filled in with grout. It looks bad in several places. The detail workmanship was not evidenced throughout. I will also give positive feedback as the workers showed up on time. They were friendly. They would clean up each day before leaving. They did a good demo of the kitchen. When the painter got paint on the ceiling, the owner had him to paint the ceiling, but we paid for the paint. They carried off all of the demolished items and trash. They did a good job on the baseboards replaced and the trim work on the top of the cabinets was good. I got a text response from the owner last night that said, "We will take care of it." I have not heard from him today so I do not know what that statement meant. The contract we signed was actually a contract for roofing and not construction. Each item agreed upon was in a typed detail listing. There is no labor warranty marked. That should have been a big red flag to us.

[redacted] McClain came and gave me a quote to replace my roof with a metal roof. I work out of town quite a bit. He was very helpful with the whole process from the first quote to the very end. Called and said they would be out on Tuesday, I told him I had to go out of town on Monday. He said that was not a problem. I left and when I got home on Thursday, I had a beautiful new roof and the guys were finishing the cleanup. He walked me around and made sure I was happy with everything. They cleaned up every scrap, and went on their merry way. Been through several wind and rain storms and am still smiling.
