As review of this situation, Jessica did speak w/ ***, and he did request refund because IRS told him return was not filed Upon review of this, Jessica sent him copies of E-File confirmation back in March She also explained since they were filed on her side, she could not issue refund Please feel free to contact us for further details

Jessica  did do our taxes inputed the infor. in the cpu and gave me a copy but it was not receive by the irs  they said that we had too file again because they had no record of receiving our taxes if they did they would;nt accept a second filing I was told
