Review: This agency is reporting unpaid collections on two accounts, when I called the companies directly and they report the accounts are not in collection and I even went thru the hassle of contacting this agency who was unhelpful.Desired Settlement: I demand a letter of deletion from this agency removing all and erroneous information off my credit.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 9550536, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I spoke live with Catherine and it was all a total misunderstanding, this issue has been resolved and cleared up. It was a pleasure speaking with Catherine and were very helpful in providing me with the requested information and details.

Review: 1. I did not get answers to my questions in my email.2. I know there are only there alleged cases. One is with psychiatrist ( Dr. Lorna Barte)who refuses to talk to me and I believe is beyond California status of limitation for medical claimsb. 2nd is with some doctor (West Coast Pulmonary) who saw in hospital and the status of limitation is on effect that one too. I never have been able to contact the guy. When I saw him he was old and not sure if he even exists nowc. Third one for my son Sarva ( Lifeline Medical Transport) and I believe the statue of limitation is either ended or very close to it. They are the once who have told me to contact you the collection agency and you tell me contact them. It is a classic case of catch 24.3. I understand you have been reporting negative stuff about me to collection agency. I have not gotten answer from on the following question stilla. When is last time you contacted the alleged debtors, the dates?b. Do you have any written correspondence from them on which you are basing negative report which you are giving to credit bureaus. If you have a written notice from them I would like a copy of it among other things I need to see the dates on them. Please note I would like to resolve this in as peaceful way at possible. I am rejecting this response because: all the information I asked in the letter I sent has not been provided. All this information is generated by Collection Agency, where is the correspondence with the alleged medical practices and the Credit Bureaus . Only some of the information is provided here. As there are two statuss of limitations in each case and only one is mentioned. Dates are not provided or letters sent to credit Bureaus. It is like me telling someone I went to Mars and came back, need more than that information written by ARS, what was sent and when. When was the last time the alleged debtors were contacted and what is there current contact information by mail. What is the current information as I believe 3 year statue of limitation has expired.
