This company has VERY RUDE tactics. They have no idea why someone like myself is struggling to pay a bill, mine is a hospital bill, from an unexpected illness that my 6 week old baby had. I have made payments but they continue to harass me. The last time they called I asked that they please send me a paper bill so that I could contact them back and have a plan as to how I would pay. Her response was "yea right, that's what you said last time"⦠This is unfair treatment and while there maybe people out there that do not care about their debt or paying money that they owe, I am trying to pay, there is no need to be rude or judge my situation without really knowing what is happening on the other side of the line. I have nearly perfect credit and the only reason I have not gone off on them and have continued to make small payments is because they have now started threatening my credit.
