I submitted a car loan application more than a month ago and have not received an update regarding the car loan application
I submitted an online car loan application after I was denied with the car loan with a verbal applicationThe online application allowed me to give more detail information regarding my financial historyI have called over times during the course of the month and spoke with only one representative who was going to help me, but stated since I submitted the application online I would be randomly assigned a loan repThis was only car loan rep I was able to get in contact with at the businessThe same representative called me back and left me a message letting me know that Hope Anchorage was assigned as my loan repSince that time I have not received any calls or message from Hope and when I call her she is out of the office or in a meeting for the rest of the day (i called at 1:00pm)Now I am submitting my complaint to the Revdex.com
