Review: I contacted Accredited Appliance on October 20, 2015 due to our refrigerator being to warm inside. They came out that evening and the service repair man Glenn said he thought it was a relay overload switch which he replaced. He told us that if this didn't work it was probably the compressor and we had a 2 day warranty on the part and would be refunded the money minus the service call. The next day the refrigerator was still warm and once again all our food has been subject to a warm situation. I called right away to let the office and the service repair man, Glenn know that the part failed or didn't fix the problem. The office told me they didn't offer any such warranty but would look into after talking the service repair man. He, Glenn called me to tell me I would be getting a refund as promised and I should receive it in a couple of weeks. As of today 1/2/16 we have not received the refund even after repeated attempts and threatening to go to the Revdex.com and a company called To Fix It which is the website that recommended this appliance company. I called and spoke with Megan and Cathy on December 4, 2015 and was told they would process the check and I should receive in the next week still nothing. On December 16, 2015 I again spoke with Megan about not receiving the check and she told me she would have Cathy call me, but she did not so I called again on December 17, 2015 spoke with Cathy and she confirmed that a check was issued and would call me after 10:00 am on December 18, 2015, after speaking with the owners and stop payment on the old check and issue a new check which would be issued on December 21, 2015. As of today January 2, 2016 we have received no such refund and that is why I am contacting your office. They say the check # is [redacted] but that was the one they cancelled. We had to buy a new refrigerator and replace all the food in our refrigerator the least they could do is hold there end of the deal with the refund!!Desired Settlement: Just would like the refund that we were promised due to the part not fixing the problem.

I have called on Accredited Appliance to fix my fridge twice (separate issues)...both times I have been delighted with the prompt response time and quality of service.

A hint that helped me - if you don't keep much in your fridge, to keep it from running as much, make sure to fill it with containers of water in both sections! This has helped splendidly!

I would not hesitate to recommend!

I want to warn anybody wishing to engage the services of Accredited Appliance of Phoenix. My refrigerator/freezer was not cooling sufficiently, so I called this company. I was told that there was a service fee of $69 to come out and analyze the problem, which would be applied towards any necessary repairs. The technician determined, that a new blower motor was required. The diagnosis of the problem and the subsequent installation of this blower motor took less than 30 minutes, yet the total bill was $350 less $35 for the service call. I checked prices for blower motors online and they ranged anywhere from $50 -$100, which meant that the total labor was in excess of $200 for 30 minutes of work. I caution everyone not deal with this dishonest Company unless you want to be extorted as well.

Review: Technician by the name of Mike arrived at my house to repair my under the counter ice maker. He diagnosed my issue as having the water turned off to the ice maker and charged me $89.95 for service even though I told him I had turned off the water to ice maker because the water was constantly running with it generating ice. A day later the ice machine stopped working again and once again Mike was called out to look at it. Upon this visit Mike notified me that it was the timer was bad and needed to be replaced. He returned a couple of days later to replace the timer and once replaced he said the water valve was bad as well and needed to be replaced. At this time I paid $198.05 which included cost of the timer replacement and ordering of the water valve. Mike said that this was the entire cost of repair which included the return visit to install the water valve when the part came in. This final amount was also indicated on my invoice with "Paid in Full" noted next to price. Mike also told me to hold on to the invoice to show I was paid in full just in case some other tech was called out to perform the water valve install. Yesterday Mike arrived to replace the water valve and informed me that I needed to pay an additional $110 though I had already paid for the valve and service to install. At this point I questioned him on the additional cost because I had been already paid for the valve and service. He then said that it was an additional charge because he did not include the labor and cost of the valve on my final previous invoice. Not only did his statement contradict his previous communication at time of timer replacement but it also contradicts the hard copy invoice he left me with that has the charge to order the valve. As my wife and I listened in shock, my wife questioned him as to why it took him so long to diagnose the valve to which he replied to my wife as "she" and said she always knew the valve was bad that is why the water was shut off in the first place.Desired Settlement: I would like Accredited Appliance to contact me regarding this situation. Mike the Technician was rude, dishonest, and disrespectful to my wife and I.

I called this company this morning as my dishwasher quit working and I have a big party tomorrow. They advertise on TOFIXIT.COM and proudly promise 'same day service'. I explained the problem, gave them details on the dishwasher, address, contact name and number. They assured me they would be by today, this afternoon latest. It is now 6:30PM and there of course is no answer at their business number, you cannot even leave a message!
The lack of ethics promoting same day service and wasting my entire day, not even bothering with a courtesy call, speaks volumes about this company.
With all the choices of appliance repair companies I would highly recommend NOT using this company and would hope Revdex.com lowers their customer rating.

Due the the reviews on this company, I was a bit skeptical when I scheduled my service call. I was referred by a friend whom spoke very highly of Accredited Appliance so I decided to give them a shot. I was actually very pleased with their service. The technician was very personable and honest. He was thorough and took the time to explain the reasoning for my refrigerator failure and even showed me the part before replacing it. I felt very comfortable and at ease having Richard in my home. I will definitely use Accredited Appliance again.

Review: On Saturday, October 26th, when we discovered that the broiler element in the oven of our rental property was broken, I did a search engine search and chose to call Accredited Appliance based on the fact that they were advertising same day service. We were in a bit of a time crunch as we had new tenants moving into that house three days later. However, at the time I called (11.47 am) I was told that all technicians were booked for that day and if somebody could come out on Monday. I agreed even though I had to be at the office, so I made arrangements with my neighbors to let them in. They arrived after the 3 hour window they originally gave me (which I didn't learn until after I called them asking why nobody was at the house yet or had at least contacted me yet to inform me that they were on their way). The technician called me shortly after he arrived telling me that he had to order the right part (another thing their website advertises is "fully stocked trucks for quicker repairs"). Anyhow, he told me that the part should be there the next afternoon and that he could install it then. Again, having to be at work that Tuesday it was inconvenient but I wanted it done before the renters would move in that evening. Lo and behold, I get a call Tuesday afternoon from the same technician informing me that the part had not arrived and that he it would have to wait until the next day. This was extremely frustrating to me as I now had to tell our new tenants that the oven was not fully functioning and had to arrange with them to be there for the repair as well as figuring out what to do for payment (company does not accept CC over the phone). I went ahead and called the office directly to share my disappointment, confront them with their false advertising of same day service and to request some kind of compensation. The receptionist was polite but basically just ignored my compensation requests by redirecting me.Desired Settlement: I would like to recuperate at least some of the money I spent, based on the fact that the company that advertises "same day service" and "fully stocked trucks for quicker repair" did not manage to repair my oven until 4 days after I called as well as forcing me to spend a lot of time on the phone, making arrangements, let alone the fact that I had to tell my tenants that their oven was not fully functioning upon their move in date
