Alan Bell has been understanding and very helpful. This is the first time doing this debt relief. I'm hopeful that this system will get us out of debt despite the beating our credit rating will take a beating. I'm tired of be in significant debt, unfortunately my wife has much trepidation of this process. I realize now that credit card companies are perpetrating the Medieval Age practice of Usury.

I contacted Accredited Debt Relief yesterday because I realized that I had incurred too much debt in an attempt to make ends meet. Fortunately, I spoke to Annalynn A. She was friendly and helpful in explaining my options to reduce debt. She confidently answered all of many questions. When she was not completely sure of a response, she put me on hold to seek the answer.Today, when I had another question I left a voice mail, Annalynn returned my call. I'm very impressed by Accredited Debt Relief's (ADR's) professionalism and customer service focus. For example, Lee J called me one evening very unexpectedly. Considering my very private and suspicious nature, I did not welcome his call to discuss my finances. Therefore, I interrogated Lee to ensure his mission and representation of a legitimate debt relief company were valid. I do my homework to identify and avoid fraudulent extortion attempts. Lee remained patient and polite with me by answering all my questions and providing me whatever documentation I requested. Still, I was difficult and resistant to the debt relief services he offered. Lee absorbed my rude behavior and countered each of my complaints and refusals with facts and other data I could not rebuff. Eventually, he asked for my approval to review my credit report and other financial information. I had all that information locked down, so it took a while for me to approve his request and release my records. Through his friendly, compassionate, and persuasive personality, Lee remained on the line with me while we reviewed and discussed my information. He quickly assessed my debt challenges and provided me options to help me overcome these challenges. He was candid, yet calm and consoling, as he cogently got me to make some good decisions on my behalf to free myself from a lot of debt that I initially thought I was handling well. Even though I gave Lee a very hard time and consumed a lot of his time and energy, he worked to get me the best terms possible from ADR and Beyond (ADR's debt relief partner). He worked quickly and efficiently to get all approvals and documentation in place and made me feel like my needs and goals were his first priority. Now I'm on my way to a better financial forecast as well as being able to use my income for other investments and a brighter future. Working with a debt relief company was something I really did not want to do. I thought I could figure it out on my own, but in the meantime my debt just kept growing. It was such a relief to talk to Accredited Debt Relief. They worked with me to get to a solution that was amenable to both of us. I know that it might take a while to rebuild my credit, but that is something I know will happen for me now; if I had tried to resolve all of my debt by myself, I don't think I would ever have a decent credit rating again. I am so thankful to them; I feel like I will be sleeping easier now.

I originally called accredited debt relief to go thru a debt settlement company which told nothing but lies. I was promised around 880-900 payment for 48 months The rep told me if they don’t get a good settlement that they end up eating the cost. They estimate that you’ll only pay half of what your debts are.I wish I would have recorded all the lies they told. I was then transferred to a debt officer who’s name was Jura. Then a few days later I somehow ended up going thru another debt settlement company which didn’t seem to work out for me cause they gave me the true facts on how much you really may end up paying. We just gonna file bankruptcy due to other bills that couldn’t go into the program thanks to all the crap lies accredited debt relief told me. The rep should be disciplined and the phone recording retrieved if possible.
