Ms. [redacted]'s complaint is not valid.  Ms. [redacted] requested that her medical records be sent to Peace Health.  These records were faxed to Peace Health on April 9, 2014.  My office spoke to [redacted] at this organization who confirmed that the records were received.

Review: I had skin cancer in 1998, paid cash $400 to have it removed by Dr [redacted] at Accredited Dermatology. My present Dr wanted the medical record to see what kind of cancer it was. I sent a letter and check for $25 to Accredited Dermatology at the end of February 2014. In late March I phoned them as I still hadn't received the record showing what type of cancer. The woman in accounting said they cashed my check on March 5th, but she didn't know what Dr it should go to, I told her Dr [redacted]'s Department. It's April 13th and I still have not received my records "showing what type of cancer," yet they were immediate to cash my check.Desired Settlement: As requested, a copy of my records, "showing what type of cancer."

I live of $650 a month, $25 out of that for a copy was not easy. They were quick to cash it, but did not deliver the service.
