My wife and I were in the process of purchasing a homeDuring the final stage with a closing date set, we were told that a medical bill had been sent to collections and it had lowered my credit score past the point of being able to continue with the loan processI reached out to other companies after this incident and was told that there was no way I would be able to get financed on a home loanMy realtor had received an email randomly from Morgage Pro stating they could finance home loans based on the federal guidelines and not the traditional lender guidelinesI called and spoke with Jerry V [redacted] late one evening and not only did he answer but took the time to listen to my situation and what had happnedHe then immediately said he could get me financedWe again spoke the next business day where MrV [redacted] started the loan process for me, and again with confidence stated I would get financed and sent a pre-approval letter to the the sellerMy situation was a little different than most having a lower than average credit score with a recent collectionMrV [redacted] worked hours even into the night on my loan with me receiving emails from him as late as eight PMI spoke with him almost daily asking for an update and he never once lead me to believe that I was being a botherHe maintained excellent contact with me and assist with any question or concern I hadAt one point the loan looked as it might not get approved from my stand point but MrV [redacted] maintained that I would be okEven though the process took a lot longer than either of us had expected, at not fault of Morgage Pro, my Wife and I our now home owners! Because of Mr V***'s experience and expertise in this field and his willing to work for his customers there is no doubt he is the reason we our home owners nowI would recommend him to anyone, and even recommend someone like me who has been told by other companies no, to even reach outHe has resources that others do not and I am proof of thisThanks for all your hard work with getting my family the home we wanted!!
