release from his first loan on the car to usHe never did eitherI am still awaiting the title from his trade in up to this very momentThis has been explained to him repeatedlyAlmost dailyHe claims he sent the titleHowever it was returned to him because he addressed it to an individual and not to the dealershipHe said he was sending it back out right awayWe told him to over night itIts Thursday and we are still awaiting the titleThis person references ***, that is me, however I have no involvement in the tit**ng and registration processThis is a dealership and there are different dept responsible for such processingI communicate what is needed and once everything is in and completed I then get the plates and forward them to the respected individualsI do eat lunch that is true, however I have never left this office in my years hereWe dine inThe only resolution here is for Mr** to give us the title for his trade in as required and expressed to him repeatedlyThen we would gladly finish this upWe are overly anxious to do soVery Truly Yours, *** ***
To whom it may concern, We have finally come to a resolution in regards to *** **Mr ** had purchased a vehicle and traded one in for that purchaseUnfortunately he would not forward us the title that he had in his possession for his trade inWe made the payoff on his vehicle regardless and we also had gotten his car registered and got him new plates as wellWe have been waiting for over a month for the title he has had but for some reason he is under the impression that there is more than one title per vehicleHe must have recently understood this not to be true and we just received the title in our office on Thursday 03/26/I have emailed Mr** in excess of times requesting this titleI had also called Mr ** in excess of timesI fedexed his plates & registration along with a set of plates Mr** left behind in our office from his trade inThe tracking# is 7*** This could have all been done the week he had purchased this vehicle had he simply given us the title he was informed he needed to complete this transaction
I am rejecting this response because: The title and **en releases was received by *** *** on 03/16/This was sent out to him through my bank Navy Federal via FedEx tracking # ***I spoke with my bank and they said they sent out all the required documents for him to register my vehicleI have reported all the above information along with all my email conversations to my ***, the person who is working on this caseAs you read his emails towards me, he is very disrespectfulDuring a phone call with him, he cursed at me and hung up the phoneHe is very sarcastic and speaks very degrading*** also unethical in his profession, tel**ng me to drive with expire days temporary tags and getting away with it because I'm a Po**ce OfficerOn the date of the business transaction, he doesn't matter if you was going to lunch or whatnot, the fact that he left the business when the transaction was uncompleted is unacceptableHe is intentionally prolonging this, given the fact he has all necessary paperwork/documents to complete the jobPlease refers to *** for all the information to this case
This complaint was in regards to a customer not receiving there title on a vehicle they purchased. It was an oversight on our part. Once we were notified of this we promptly sent her title out overnight. The tracking# is [redacted]. It went out on 09/19/14 and was delivered by fedex on 09/20/14...
at 3:40pm. We did apologize for the error and tried to get the title out to them as quickly as possible once we were informed that they hadn't received it. Thank you. [redacted]
