This complaint was in regards to a customer not receiving there title on a vehicle they purchasedIt was an oversight on our partOnce we were notified of this we promptly sent her title out overnightThe tracking# is [redacted] It went out on 09/19/and was delivered by fedex on 09/20/ at 3:40pmWe did apologize for the error and tried to get the title out to them as quickly as possible once we were informed that they hadn't received itThank you***
