I am rejecting this response because:
The business response is ridiculous because they got a cashier check which is as good as cash So to their
claim that this has slow down the process I would say it makes no sense more over that we are now one month since the day I purchased the car temporary plate has expired days ago and the car is sitting in parking lot for the past days without the option to register or to drive itis the reasonable time to process a title is over a month leaving the customer with a car he can't drive after getting all money in a cashier check ???

We are aware of this situationThe customer paid by check, that slowed the process downWe are working on getting the title to the customer now
